(CALEA®), will arrive August 19, 2024, to examine all aspects of the Hendersonville Police Department’s policy and procedures, management, operations, and support services, Chief Blair Myhand announced today.

“Verification by the team that Hendersonville Police Department meets CALEA’s industry leading standards is part of a voluntary process to gain accreditation,” said Hendersonville Police Chief Blair Myhand. “This is a highly prized recognition of public safety professional excellence.”
