Vendor Registration and ACH Enrollment
Thank you for your interest in doing business with the City of Hendersonville. We require all vendors to fill out a Vendor Registration Form along with a W-9 Form.
To complete your registration
- Open the Vendor Registration Form and complete all fields that are applicable. This form can be emailed to vendors@hvlnc.gov
- Open and sign the W-9 Form and complete all fields that are applicable. This form can be emailed to vendors@hvlnc.gov
- Optional: Fill out ACH Enrollment Form and email to vendors@hvlnc.gov
Effective January 1, 2020 we will have the ability to pay vendors via ACH payment. If you are interested in participating in this please fill out the ACH Enrollment Form that can be found below. Or you may contact our Accounts Payable department with any questions at 828-697-3080.
