Jennifer Harrell is the Human Resources Director. She performs managerial and administrative work focused on planning, organizing, and directing a comprehensive human resources management program for the City of Hendersonville.
Lu Ann Welter is the Employee Development & Training Officer. She is responsible for planning, coordinating and directing the employee development, training, wellness and service excellence programs.
Deanna VanWyk is the Payroll & Benefits Officer. She is is responsible for planning, coordinating and administering the employee payroll, benefits and other Human Resource functions.
Steve Alverson is the Risk & Safety Officer. He is responsible for planning, coordinating and administering various risk management programs including employee safety, worker's compensation, property and liability.
Jessica Pomerleau is the Recruitment & Retention Officer. She is responsible for planning, directing and administering in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, off boarding and retention.
