Parking Permits
The City of Hendersonville offers a variety of monthly permits in city-operated parking lots and the parking garage. Prices vary by permit type and payments are collected on a monthly basis. Applications are approved based on permit availability. Permits are linked to license plate(s). A maximum of two plates are allowed per account. Only one vehicle can utilize the permit at a time.
Parking Deck Permit
Monthly Parking Deck Rate: $80.00
Parking deck permits can be used in the city-owned parking deck located at 415 N. Church Street on any floor of the deck. The permit is valid 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays. The Parking Deck is mixed with paid parking which will be first come first serve. Permit holders are issued a parking puck which should be placed in the vehicle utilizing the permit.
The monthly parking fee is set by the City of Hendersonville’s fee schedule, which is subject to change at any time by a City Council amendment.
Interior Lot Permit
Monthly Interior Lot Rate: $60.00
Apple Lot, Azalea Lot, Maple and Maple Annex Lot, Spruce Lot
Interior permits can be used in any city owned surface lots within the municipal service boundary (inside Church Street and King Street). Lots included in this permit category are Apple Lot, Azalea Lot, Maple Lot, Maple Annex Lot, and Spruce Lot. This permit is not applicable in the Parking Deck or Exterior Lots (Dogwood Lot). This permit is valid 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including holidays).
Azalea Lot, Maple Lot, and Spruce Lot are lots mixed with paid parking which will be first come first serve. Apple Lot and Maple Annex Lot are permit-only lots.

Exterior Lot Permit
Monthly Exterior Lot Rate: $25.00
Dogwood Lot
Exterior permits can be used in any city owned surface lots outside the municipal service boundary (outside Church Street and King Street). Lots included in this permit category are the Dogwood Lot. This permit is not applicable in the Parking Deck or Interior Lots (Apple Lot, Azalea Lot, Maple Annex Lot, and Spruce Lot). This permit is valid 24 hours a day, Monday through Saturday (including holidays).
Dogwood Lot is a permit-only lot Monday through Saturday. On Sunday, the Dogwood Lot offers free parking.

Construction Parking Permit
Construction Permit Rate: $15.00 per day
Daily construction permits are issued by Parking Services. Visit the City’s online portal to apply.
Lost Parking Permit Puck
If you happen to lose or misplace a parking puck, a new one can be requested for $25.00. To request a replacement puck, please reach out to our Parking Services Supervisor, Kristen Narron.

Please note that until the permit puck is returned to the Hendersonville Police Department, the monthly parking rate will continue to be charged. We encourage you to promptly hand in the permit puck to avoid any additional fees.
In the event the permit puck is misplaced at the time of cancellation, a replacement fee of $25.00 will be charged.
