It was built in 1924-25 as Hendersonville Buick Company, later Hermes Motors, and in 1932 Shadrack Joines housed his Ford dealership there. In 1942 King Hardware purchased the building.The building was demolished in 1970 to make way for the Four Seasons Blvd.
