Brooklyn Community Garden Grand Opening

Join the City of Hendersonville as we celebrate the grand opening of the Brooklyn Community Garden on Thursday, March 20, 2025, from 4:00 – 5:30 p.m. at 1055 Ashe St. Hendersonville, NC 28792.

After three years of fundraising, community building, and lots of planning and garden workdays, the Brooklyn Community Garden expansion and revitalization is near completion! The grand opening will begin with remarks from the community stakeholders who made the project possible, followed by a garden tour. This marks the first community garden for the City of Hendersonville and will be a place for communal gathering and learning among all ages and mobilities.
