Old Sunset Hill Subdivision Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting
Projects subject to conditional rezoning must undergo a neighborhood compatibility meeting at which the developer and affected property owners and residents can participate in a discussion about the proposed rezoning.
The City of Hendersonville Community Development Department will hold a Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting on the Old Sunset Hill Subdivision Project at the City Operations Center located at 305 Williams Street Hendersonville, NC.
The City of Hendersonville is in receipt of an application for a Conditional Zoning District from Tricia Chassen of Forestar (USA) Real Estate Group, Inc., applicant and Gregory Albea and Joseph and Laura Taylor, property owners. The applicant is requesting to rezone the subject property, PINs 9579-98-0375, 9579-98-3527, 9579-99-4115,and 9579-99-8724 and located on Old Sunset Hill Road, from Henderson County R2R, Residential District Two Rural to City of Hendersonville PRD-CZD Planned Residential Development Conditional Zoning District for the construction of a 58 single family homes on approximately 20.81 acres (File #P24-41-CZD)
