Planning Services Moving to City Hall - January 15th

City of Hendersonville Planning Services are moving back to City Hall!

With the completion of City Hall interior renovations, we’re bringing all customer service and planning division services under one roof! We are grateful to Henderson County for hosting us at their King Street building, but it’s time for our Community Development Department to be reunited!

Starting January 15th – If you need a City of Hendersonville Zoning Compliance Permits, Code Enforcement Assistance, or Planning & Permitting Services, visit us at:

City Hall - 160 6th Avenue East

Lobby hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with the exception of City holidays)
