A meeting of the City of Hendersonville Planning Board will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at 3:00 pm. in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 160 6^th Avenue East on the second floor.

The purpose of this meeting is to rehear three items due to lack of a quorum at the February meeting:  1. Conditional Zoning District – 1^st Avenue Villas UR (P24-86-CZD), 2. Zoning Text Amendment – Flag lots and small lots (P24-89-ZTA. 3. Zoning Text Amendment – Zoning Reforms for Housing (25-01-ZTA).
