Vendor Registration

Thank you for your interest in doing business with the City of Hendersonville. We require all vendors to fill out a Vendor Registration Form along with a W-9 Form.

To complete your registration

• Fill out and sign the W-9 Form.
• Fill out the online Vendor Registration Form. Attach the W-9 Form to this registration form.
