715 Greenville Highway Apartments Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting

Projects subject to conditional rezoning must undergo a neighborhood compatibility meeting at which the developer and affected property owners and residents can participate in a discussion about the proposed rezoning.

The City of Hendersonville Community Development Department will hold a Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting on the 715 Greenville Highway Apartment Project at the City Operations Center located at 305 Williams Street Hendersonville, NC.

The City of Hendersonville is in receipt of an application for a Conditional Zoning District from Travis Fowler of First Victory Inc., applicant and Richard Herman of South Market LLC, property owner.  The applicant is requesting to rezone the subject property, PINs 9568-83-4302, 9568-83-2474 and, 9568-83-2082 and located on Greenville Highway, from PCD, Planned Commercial Development to UR-CZD, Urban Residential Conditional Zoning District for the construction of a 185 multi-family units and associated amenities on approximately 9.01 acres (File #P24-39-CZD)
