Spartanburg Highway Medical Office Building Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting

Projects subject to conditional rezoning must undergo a neighborhood compatibility meeting at which the developer and affected property owners and residents can participate in a discussion about the proposed rezoning.

The City of Hendersonville Community Development Department will hold a Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting on the Spartanburg Highway Medical Office Building at City Hall located at 160 6th Ave. E. Hendersonville, NC 28792.

The City of Hendersonville is in receipt of an application for a Conditional Zoning District from Pardee, applicant and  Henderson County Government property owner.  The applicant is requesting to rezone the subject property, PINs 9578-41-6876 and 9578-42-5074 and located on Spartanburg Highway and Old Spartanburg Road, from C-3 SU, Highway Business Special Use to MIC CZD, Medical, Institutional, Cultural Conditional Zoning District for the development of a 45,000 square foot medical office building on approximately 4.54 acres.
