Old Sunset Hill Subdivision Project Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting
Projects subject to conditional rezoning must undergo a neighborhood compatibility meeting at which the developer and affected property owners and residents can participate in a discussion about the proposed rezoning.
The City of Hendersonville Community Development Department will hold a Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting on the Old Sunset Hill Subdivision Project at the City Operations Center located at 305 Williams Street Hendersonville, NC.
The City of Hendersonville is in receipt of an application for a Conditional Zoning District from Tricia Chassen of Forestar USA Real Estate Group, Inc., and Jared DeRidder of WGLA Engineering, applicants and Gregory Martin Albea, Julianne Albea, Laura Taylor and Joseph Harley Taylor, property owners. The applicant is requesting to rezone the subject property, PINs 9579-98-0375. 9579-98-3527, 9579-99-4115 and 9579-99-8724 and located on Old Sunset Hill Road, from Henderson County R2R to City of Hendersonville PRD CZD, Planned Residential Development Conditional Zoning District for the construction of a planned residential development consisting of 58 single family homes on approximately 21.32 acres.
