Starting March 1, 2025, utility late fees and disconnections will resume following the temporary pause from Hurricane Helene

Starting March 1, 2025, the City of Hendersonville will resume utility late fees and disconnections following the temporary pause due to Hurricane Helene.

If your account has a past-due balance, you may be subject to disconnection and/or additional charges beginning in March. Customers with outstanding balances have been notified directly. If you believe you are behind on payments but did not receive a notification, please visit www.hvlnc.gov/contactinfo or contact Customer Service to verify your contact information.
