2025 Mission Acceleration Business Accelerator

Registration is now open for the 2025 Mission Acceleration Business Accelerator program at Blue Ridge Community College.

Profit, not-for-profit and government agencies are invited to register. This marks the sixth year that Blue Ridge and the Henderson County Chamber of Commerce have partnered to offer the Mission Acceleration Business Accelerator featuring a "new" Spring Retreat format.

Now for the first time solo entrepreneurs can attend and small to large organizations can bring their team to use this retreat best practice. Solo entrepreneurs will be grouped with non-competing companies and organizations will be grouped with their team.
Led by the program’s Executive Director Gary Heisey, the program will guide you through a structured retreat process for greater sustainable success.

Organization retreat benefits with a focus on annual or strategic planning:

  • Clearer vision for the future
  • Better decision-making
  • Higher ROI priorities and goals
  • Morale boost
  • Enhanced collaboration
  • Improved communication
  • More effective execution of strategies

Now is the time to work on your organization.
Working “on” your organization, rather than “in” your organization, provides real benefits:

  • Broader perspective on growth strategies
  • Ability to develop long-term plans
  • Focus on innovation
  • Delegate day-to-day tasks
    Higher potential for sustainable success

“This custom program assists participants in identifying new ways to innovate their organization for growth and sustainability using industry best practices,” said Heisey.

The registration fee is $75 per person. For more information on how this new retreat can help your organization and a registration application to book your Spring Retreat – visit www.blueridge.edu/mission-acceleration, or call (828) 694-1735
